Craig - it hosed my bookmarks as well - luckily I only had a few so it wasn't that painful.

From reading the forums, it's a pretty well known fact that Sprint support has no clue.

I don't know of a way to backup your bookmarks. From what I have read, you are just SOL this round. Hopefully, Sprint has learned something and won't do that to us again.

I will dig around in the phone and see if I can find where the bookmarks are stored. If we can find them, then maybe we can back them up.

Would be handy to have a routine to backup everything on the phone - photos, contacts, contact photos, bookmarks, appointments, notes and music.

Just installed BH-29 and browser bookmarks were reset - all personal bookmarks were deleted. I called Sprint tech support who told me this was a "feature" of this upgrade. When pressed further they reported that a couple of other customers had called in with this problem, therefore, it must be intentional and part of the upgrade to do so! :-/ I requested to be transferred to a supervisor who was equally unhelpful, notifying me that my software had previously only been "partially updated" and that this latest update wiped out the bookmarks, which was "normal"!!! She did not seem to know about BH-29 either, insisting that my phone should correctly reflect BF-30 as the latest upgrade (which, of course, was the update prior to BH-29). Anyone have hints/tips on backing up favorites?
