There is a guy posting on this Instinct-Samsung.com forum thread saying he already has the update – maybe as a beta tester? He posted several photos substantiating his claim, according to other posters there, the photos are legit.
More drama can be had here on instinctbookmarks.blogspot.com. After the first hacking of the Sprint Developer forums, I understand the skepticism.
I’m glad he got a screenshot of it – something I should have done as well since posts have a habit of magically disappearing from most Sprint forums.

Looks like Sprint has once again lied to us about the updates to this piece of crap instink…
Maybe it’s time to be one of the millions to go to AT&T for the iPhone, at least it works

Today was “supposed” to be the day. I could understand changing phones – I can’t understand going over to AT&T – been there, done that, survived.

Yes Anthony – as did I – and so far, my experience is very positive. The web browser is TONS better! Other things I have noticed:
1)they fixed the calendar alarm problem
2)the ringer for voicemail actually plays instead of the one for messages.
I am sure there are more things to notice, but they will have to wait until tomorrow.

my screen calibration isnt working properly, it will only let me calibrate until the 3rd of the five steps.

Anthony, be sure you use the stylus to do calibration. The frist time I did it, I used my fat fingers and man, did that screw things up, lol.
